The camp of Nigeria’s home based Super Eagles continues to swell, as Abia warriors duo of Anthony Ijeoma and Sunday Megwo have officially joined the team, expanding the number of players in camp to twenty-eight, continentalnews.com.ng, reports.

Promise Eforghe, media officer of the team said all 28 players took part in the first training session for Wednesday.

‎According to him, the spirit in camp is all about optimism, as the players have shown commitment and dedication to the course of having a positive outing in this year’s edition of the CHAN tournament billed for Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Continentalnews.com.ng, gathered that, Eric Chelle, Super Eagles manager is optimistic of presenting a formidable Nigerian team that’ll be ready to conquer, even as the Super Eagles B team continues to strive for their first ever Gold medal at the biennial championship.

Another training session is scheduled for 4PM, while seven more players are expected in camp to complete Eric Chelle’s 35 man provisional list of invited players.
