Salisu Yusuf, former Super Eagles assistant coach has been appointed as the new head coach of Benin Republic side, Coton FC.
The former Nasarawa United handler was unveiled on Tuesday as replacement for outgoing French manager Victor Zvunda, as the club prepares for the 2025/26 Ligue Pro and the CAF Confederation Cup.
Yusuf’s appointment comes on the back of Coton FC’s second place finish behind champions Dadje FC, where they garnered 60 points from 32 matches in the 2024/2025 Benenise league season.
